- Weekly information on finding and honing in on your unique style of meditation practice.

What is the Program Schedule?
Each week will be dedicated to honing in on your practice and learning how to allow meditation to fill different needs of your life. We will continuously work on any questions you have and specific challenges within your practice.

- Week 1: Getting Started: Assessment, Basics of Meditation information, Basic practices.
- Week 2 to 4: Weekly Review of your practice & progress/ Answer Questions you've had during the week/ and Review integration of meditation in your life.
- Week 5: Final Assessment & Last Questions. Certificate of Completion.
Requirements
- Internet connection for live-coaching sessions (over Zoom, What’sApp, or Facebook)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Commitment to starting a regular meditation practice
- You will need to attend the weekly 1 hour coaching calls. We will figure out the Day & Time that works best for both of our time availability.
- You will have daily practices and weekly information to review/study. You will do these according to your personal schedule each week.
- Allow 5 weeks to get into this new habit of incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your life.
Please note that this program is to get you set-up, started, and to get you going on a solid personal meditation practice. The meditation journey is considered a life-long process and it is fascinating & fun!
Also note that this program is designed to integrate into your life.
You don’t have to stop your regular schedules to participate in this program.

Hello! My name is Ali and I'm a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, specializing in Meditation, Mindfulness, and Holistic Wellness.
I have been the lead meditation teacher at Ananda Yoga & Detox Wellness Center in Thailand since 2018 and have taught Meditation in over 12 yoga teacher trainings with students in more than 40 countries worldwide.
My journey in meditation first began more than 10 years ago with a random book recommendation from a friend - The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I grew up in a Christian home, so I was familiar with prayer and quiet time and the kind of calming effect these methods of connecting to stillness had on me. But when I started practicing meditation, I discovered a whole new level of calm and peace. On top of the peacefulness, there was a blissfulness that would last for quite some time. It was nothing like I had ever experienced before, which was very intriguing.
I used to have chronic social anxiety and depression and meditation was one of the only things that helped me feel better.
I started studying and trying different types of meditations on my own and got a hold of as many books and audio books I could find from self-help, religion, and spirituality sections in the bookstores. In the initial years, I didn't fully understand what meditation was all about even after reading many books from renowned spiritual teachers. These were difficult topics to understand! I just knew that it made me feel better, so I kept up with the practices and kept learning more about it.
My meditation practice continued to be with me like a trusty friend, especially during low points in my life. From the time of discovery, the practice of meditation seeped into my life and started a ripple effect of events that led me to where I currently am.
I ended up making a huge decision to leave my hometown, moved to a brand new city because of a 'gut feeling', which led to finding the love of my life (which I didn't think was available for me, ever), got married, then moved across the globe with my husband to start working at a yoga & wellness center, where I was able to fully immerse myself in healing, wellness, yoga, & meditation.
For the past 5 years, I have been a part of a yoga & wellness community immersing myself in everything yoga, meditation, detox, and holistic healing therapies. I learned from many teachers in Thailand as well as in India, then began my role as a teacher helping others find their path to fulfillment, inner joy, peace, and balance.
These past several years have been the absolute best years of my life and it continues to today. I feel that I am at my most balanced state ever; mentally, physically, and spiritually. Which was something I didn't think could be possible for me back in the day.
Finding meditation has absolutely been one of the greatest gifts of my life and I'm beyond thrilled to be able to share everything I have learned over the years with those who are interested in learning.
The style of meditation I like to relay to others is a kind that is inclusive and applicable for real people living everyday life. You don't have to go into an ashram or a monastery and spend years in hermitage doing dogmatic practices.
Meditation is available to everyone in all walks of life and in any place or situation.
I look forward to connecting with you on this beautiful journey of life!
