It was a pleasure learning from Ali during my yoga teacher training. My first full reiki experience with Ali was delightful and it definitely put me in a “zen” space which I had never experienced. I first experienced Ali's meditation class when I came for a detox at Ananda Yoga & Detox Center. I was on a 7 day fasting detox, which can be challenging, both physically and emotionally. Ali led the lions share of the morning meditations, and I have to say that with her calm, measured tones and gentle guidance through the session, this was a hugely settling and wonderful start to the day. I can highly recommend her meditations. You will not be disappointed.

Ali is a wealth of knowledge, if you have the opportunity to work with her in any form, I highly recommend it. I was fortunate enough to spend an extended amount of time with her while completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training. She had her hand in many of the workshops as well as other holistic offerings.
Ali was our guide for meditation practices and yoga nidra sessions. I was having difficulty sleeping during the course. During the first yoga nidra session I fell asleep. As much as I tried staying awake through the ones that followed, I always fell asleep. It always felt better than the hours of sleep I got in my bed at night. Her calm and gentle approach makes any environment feel safe. I was under a lot of stress and my body was feeling it. My shoulder felt like I was carrying a five-ton brick, and I was dealing with family issues that were weighing heavy on me. I went to Ali for cupping, and we ended up combining reiki and cupping in one session. That session saved my teacher training. I immediately felt lighter. I felt like I was able to let go of some of the emotional things that were weighing on me and continue the course with a more open mindset.
Ali has a way of listening that feels validating and with loving intentions. Her personality is sweet and genuine. When she speaks with intention and knowledge. She taught me so much about myself through her ayurvedic and energy workshops, and I was able to find deeper meaning in the power of self through her yoga nidras and guided meditations. Ali is one gem of a human. I am so grateful our paths crossed.

​"Completely rejuvenated and restored"
Ali is an incredibly tuned in, skilled wellness practitioner. Any healing process can be very intimate, emotional, and vulnerable, and yet I felt incredibly at ease with Ali’s facilitation. I felt safe and comfortable the whole way through, and felt a lot of toxicities get released, mentally, emotionally, and physiologically. It was the first holistic healing experience I’ve ever had with the cupping, abdominal massage, reiki, and toksen. Ali helped me to release a lot of tension and tightness in my body in a profoundly gentle and safe container. I was halfway through a detox when we had our session, in the midst of releasing a ton of toxins that had accumulated over the years. I wasn’t actually sure I’d be able to finish out the detox, my symptoms were pretty intense. I walked out of the session with Ali feeling tired for the first few hours (a sign of a lot of work happening!) but then completely rejuvenated and restored, able to complete the rest of the detox (and my detox symptoms lessened after the session). You always want someone you trust to do this kind of work - Ali is someone you can do that with and can feel that with from the moment you meet her.

​
After a few weeks of soreness in my back, I met with Ali, to receive her Bio-Alchemy treatment, composed of Cupping, Tok Sen (tapping), and Abdominal massage.
I had never had any of those healing treatments, therefore I was going with no expectations about how I would or should feel afterwards.
The cupping lasted 15 minutes, during which I mostly relaxed, helped with a calming essential oil. Then, the tapping on my back felt amazing especially for the sore muscles.
After a few days, I really could feel less tension in my body, especially around the traps. I highly recommend Ali's treatment and will do it repeatedly. Thank you again!

​"Most peaceful and restorative treatment I've ever had"
Ali is definitely experienced and well versed in holistic healing. She provided me her Bio-Alchemy healing which included a blend of Chi Nei Tsang, Reiki, Cupping, and TokSen. It was one of the most peaceful and restorative treatments I’ve ever had. The experience did lead to some purification in the form of intense dreams and night sweats but she was there every step of the recovery to bring awareness and support.
